Yvie, I've had a good few hours in the garden and my Japanese anemones got a good haircut and thinning out too. My green bin is now full - ready for next week's collection.
Ante - absolutely no need to apologise

    Lovely photo LB.
I've just cut the grass at the front, probably too wet really but it really needed doing. Heavy rain forecast for tomorrow again, so needs must. Also weeded the front borders. Rose's still in bloom and lots of buds too. Primroses are in flower and so are the cyclamen. Hot lips are still absolutely full of flowers too.
I'm now pooped and need a cup of tea ☕😂

Oh my! Number 99, soon be in three figures! goodness, can we  chatter.?!

Lovely  picture there LB. Very autumnal.

Ive done very little today apart from telephoning my mum, who remains in good spirits. She’s still busily knitting away and seems very content with her lot.

Time is ever edging closer to “ later in the day” time🥴🙄

SGL, some of my primroses have been flowering for a while now but I did notice some cowslips just beginning to show some colour. I love our native primroses.
Got everything crossed here for you Hazel.

SGL, you snuck in there😁 Gosh, you’ve had a busy day out in the garden. Well done, you should sleep well tonight. My OH cut our front grass the other day, it was a bit wet but it had grown quite a bit.
Everything is crossed here. I have a feeling........🤥
