plant identification, please

I loved the gardeners' world show on the 25th of September. I am particularly fond of Frost's grass combinations. I am trying to identify the plants in these two pictures. Could anybody help me with this? the grasses and flower in the first picture and the grasses in the foreground of the second picture. Thank you in advance for all the advise!

In the first photo, I think the grass is some sort of Cortaderia (Pampas Grass).  The quality of the photo isn't great, but the flowering plant might be Eupatorium (Joe Pye Weed).  The grass in the second photo looks like Stipa Gigantea.
