need help: how to plant these?

Dear gardeners, i bought these bulbs and seeds (it says now is the right time to plant them) but have no idea how to plant them! Do i just stick them in the soil leaving a little piece sticking outside? And what about the seeds? Could you help me, with step by step instructions? Don't want to waste them.. thank you so much for your help, you are wonderful!
