Pelargonium cuttings

I took my first ever pelargonium cuttings a few weeks ago, and many of them are growing new leaves. Any tips on how to keep them alive over winter...? Frost free and very little water, I guess, but anything else?

I think that about covers it.
My mum did nothing more and managed to grow them each year, and she could have killed plastic plants
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Yes - we had a back porch, or they were kept on the kitchen windowsill.
