Griselinia hedge - mixed sizes

I have just planted a 12m griselinia hedge, however due to cost saving and using various sources, I have use a mixture of 2.5ft, 3ft and 4 ft plants. Would this be a problem or should I have been consistent with the sizes? I have distributed them evenly rather thiam using the larger ones at one and smaller at the other.

I'd have bought them all at 2 or 3 feet. Much easier to establish 
It won't make any difference, but you may find the bigger ones struggle more than the small ones, and you'd be better cutting them back a bit. 
Wait until spring and see how they go. Your own climate and conditions will dictate how well they grow too.

Yeah I’m hoping the smaller ones will compete and catch up with the bigger ones if they’re slower growing, I’ll likely give the bigger ones a heavier cut in spring to even it out a bit.
