Primrose seeds - too late to sow?

I have just found a packet of primrose seeds, is it too late to sow these in a cool greenhouse?

    You could try but the best success with Primrose is to sow them fresh, still green. Straight of the plants and on the compost. 
    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
