Advice on a guelder rose
Hi all,
I recently purchased a guelder rose from an online gardening retailer (they have good reviews etc). I'm not very happy with the plant I was sent, as it looks half dead to me.
I've attached some pictures, and I wondered if you agreed before I question the seller?
Thank you in advance

Leaves rather manky...but would have dropped off soon anyway.
Trunk looks strong and healthy.
Planted it should recover and be fine next spring.
Enjoy!
I love Viburnum opulus...Guelder rose...super shrub, white flowers in spring, red berries in the autumn.
Gorgeous plants
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Thanks
I had never noticed the glands on the lead stalks before.
