Senecio leaf problem

Hi All
I have a senecio (Walburton's Silver Doormouse) in a 2ltr pot. Some leaves have developed a small brown spot which then leads to an overall yellowing. I'm uncertain about what this could be and how to treat it... any suggestions would be very helpful.
