Agree with @strelitzia32, looks like Mentha spicata also known as spearmint or Lamb mint. Choose a more mature leaf and rub it hard then smell, there is usually a stronger smell in the morning or an hour or two after watering.
Do not use it as a culinary herb unless you are sure, there are a multitude of different types of mint for a wide variety of uses
