Anyone have any ideas what this blue perennial plant is in my garden? Bought it a few years ago, lost the label and have forgotten what it was. I am really keen to find out as I would like to buy another one.

Just what I was going to say, ceratostigma-willmottianum, such a mouthful!
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
