Identify this self seeded plant please

hi does anyone know what this might be? Very prickly with a little yellow flower. I need to move it anyway as in wrong place but keen to not replant if a pest! Thank you, Potty Lottie.

Thanks folks I think it is Berberis Darwinii. Having looked it up I have decided not to re-plant as big and invasive (and very hurty prickles)!
