Has anybody ever grown the David Austin rose 'Molineux'? If so what are your thoughts? Does it end up a very large shrub? Would appreciate a few pictures if possible. Many thanks.
I have Molineux... it has a nice tea scent but I find the repeat a bit slow, and it does get some blackspot where I am.. ..on the plus side, it was very quick to grow and attain 3 feet, but it has not got any larger so far.. I've only had it 2 seasons.. I do enjoy the bloom forms and colours, which are quite changeable..
Hi @Hilary_15 Molineux is not my favourite, in fact I have now dug it out. It didn't have a very good perfume in my garden and the yellow was a bit too bright for me. I prefer a gold or apricot shade.
