Identify please

This has just appeared in a pot in my garden. Can anyone tell me what it is and should I repot it?

    It's a type of hypericum and these often appear as a 'gift of the birds' in gardens.  Keep it if you like it. :)
    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
