Pond plant ID please.

Does anyone know what this marginal pond plant is please?
Got it from a friend years ago but never found out what it was.

    It looks like Lobelia to me

    Just checked Lobelia and although it looks similar but is much smaller and the flower shape is different.

    Not sure if this is a better photo or not!
    The flowers are sort of tubular with 4 petals.
