Shrub(?) ID

Hi all. Could anyone tell me what this is? I’m assuming it’s some sort of tree/shrub. I’m not sure if it’s growing out of the old stump or if it was a gift from the birds!

    salix capread. Goat willow. Will turn into a large, pretty ugly tree in no time. I'd remove it asap
