They will begin splitting open pretty soon to reveal the orange seeds. The seeds are loved by ants who take them away to lick off the sweet covering. The cyclamen then grow where the ants leave the seeds.
If you want to grow more of them, you can easily do so. Wait until the pods begin to open and pop the seeds into a plastic bag with a little compost and seal it. Put in a shady spot. Keep checking and opening up once a day to avoid any damp and as soon as you see a leaf appear, remove and pot on. It'll take a while to produce flowering plants from them but interesting to do. If, OTOH, you have better ways to spend your time, you could just let them spread naturally
