Eucalyptus seedling problems

I have magically managed to get 3 eucalyptus seedlings growing from seed. I know they are not fans of being in pots, but I hoped they would last a little longer.
Recently the leaves have started discolouring. The youngest leaves were first.
The seedlings are growing in airpots with well drained soil in a very sunny position.
Does anyone have an idea and can guide me in the right direction? I'm grateful for any tips at all.
