Parsley turning grey/yellow/silvery gold!?

edited July 2020 in Problem solving
hello, my parsley is being odd, the leaves are drying out slowly after turning grey ish? It starts out with spots on the side. Also it looks a little more shiny on the green leaves? It also affects starts affecting the stem.

Can anyone tell me what's wrong and what I could do?

Hello @hannaringkamp11 😊 welcome to the forum.

🤔 where is your parsley being grown?  Could it be sun scorch?

  • @Dovefromabove thank you for your answer, the parsley is grown in little pots by my window, so they get a lot of sun, that would make sense, I sometimes move them out of the way, but maybe it's still too much sun 🌻

I would trim off the damaged leaves and repot into fresh compost ... have you anywhere outside you can grow the parsley ... not in full sun but fresh air is good and half sun/half shade would be fine as long as you check that the compost doesn't dry out.
