Bit blurry to tell but I'd say it looks like an azalea from here, although it's a bit late for them to be flowering...

The RHS database which is not exhaustive lists 649 pink flowered shrubs.
Going to need a photo in focus of both foliage and flowers and another of the whole thing to see its general form would help.

If it's flowering just now, it could be weigela.
Asking far too much to expect an accurate ID from that photo though.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

I also think it's a rose, as the foliage is suitably glossy... if it's part of a larger rambling type, it may be the ubiquitous 'American Pillar'.. which is in bloom right now, in most places... fading somewhat too..
...how the flowers will look like at the moment ... just to compare...
