Umbellifer?

Has anyone got an Id for this? It was taken at a private garden in Scotland last week. I wondered if it was that plant which has been really popular at Chelsea these last few years but whose name escapes me.

    I wonder if you are thinking of Ammi?
    Not got a photo of foilage as that would have helped as it reminds me more of an allium, but I dont think it's either though.

    It could be an Angelica (maybe Angelica sylvestris), which has a leaf at the top of the bud sheath like that:

    Thanks @BobTheGardener. I have been trawling around and wondered if it was that. 
    And thanks @K67 - Ammi was the name that escaped me - I knew it started with an A but got no further!
