acnistus australis

Can anyone help please as I am a bit of a novice at gardening.

I have a large acnistus australis in my garden that I need to move. Its roots go all over the place so digging it out intact is nigh on impossible. How do I propagate from it as I don't want to lose it?

Thank you

I have tried taking cuttings which didn't work, then it self seeded itself , so maybe from seeds is the way to go. They are very fleshy seed pods, wait until they go yellow and start to drop, then remove the seed and sow in  gentle heat next spring. If all else fails, Chiltern sell seeds, that is where mine came from.
