Dead Viburnum

Hi,
My very large winter flowering viburnum is dead. I’m not sure which variety it was as it was already here when we moved in. I just wondered if anyone has any ideas as to what might have happened...? As you can see from the pictures, the flower heads are still on the plant, it flowered wonderfully in the winter. There isn’t any obvious holes in the leaves. They all look perfect just errrr brown.
It wasn’t one section that went brown then the rest, it all started looking sick at the same time.
Warm regards,
Kerri

Thank you for replying. I haven’t used any in our front garden. It is just so strange, obviously I’ve googled it and it seems the big things that can take out viburnums I would see obvious things wrong with it?
