Choosing lawn seed

I'm struggling to work out the right mixture of lawn seed for my garden and would appreciate some help.
In normal use the grass doesn't get a lot of wear and tear (no children or dogs, and there will be a path running alongside the grass). But once or twice a year we might host a barbecue with ~20 people in ~50 square metres of lawn, so for a few hours it'll get a lot of wear.
Ideally I'd like fine grasses, but not if they'll die after every barbecue.
Other considerations:
- In shade from 5 pm
- Soil seems like a decent loam
- Prepared to do lawn maintenance as required
Can anyone recommend suitable grasses please?
