Any help with identifying this plant

Pretty sure its seeded via some bird food mix as got a couple of instances where its growing by bird feeders, it does look quite but will have to go, wanted to know what people think it is before ripping it out.

Thanks, i've looked at some other photos and thats exactly what it is - I'm based in the north of the UK and have never seen it before!
