This little plant comes up every year, am sure I have ask before, but forgotten, it has little yellow flowers.

Looks like a Phygelius.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Thank you so much, think you are right, have Googled it and think it is the
Phygelius. Moonraker, must go and label it.
