Garlic

Please can someone help me , i pulled up some  garlic  recently  because it had flowered and it has these buds on the end  what are they  ?

They are bulbils. The scape isn't really a 'flower' it makes little bulbils which if developed enough can be planted to generate more garlic vegetatively.

Not often seen as most people will remove the scapes early on and propagate from cloves.
