I like these plants but think that some are weeds - does anyone recognise them?

yellow flowers are hypericum not a weed. Next to last Oxalis DEFINITELY a weed blooming niusance.

First one looks like a buttercup.
Agree with the others. Need some sense of scale for that second one.

I consider Hypericum a weed....

I thought 1 was chrysanth too, and no 2 looks like that wee euphorbia weed.
