Mature tree losing its leaves

A mature tree in our next door neighbours garden is browning and losing its leaves which are falling on our lawn. Could this be a problem with the tree? Not sure of the name of the tree. Pictures attached. Any information appreciated.

Best guess would be an Ash tree suffering from Ash dieback disease:
