My lawn is pretty much gone because of my boys riding there bikes around during lockdown and wanted to know what's a good grass seed to get to repair the lawn. Thanks

Just a good grass seed really as I'm in rented accommodation and will need to repair before landlady sees it

Perenial dwarf rye grass is very popular on sports grounds these days, possibly with a percentage of fescue mixed in say a 60/40 ratio.

I really have no idea about grass seeds. So do I buy both of them and mix then together myself?
