Cold snap earlier in the year may have caused it.
Crinum come from hot places.
Such as Bali.

I've got some of the white form, I think they might have the same "condition" but not as bad

I grow Crinum Powellii which sometimes have a bit of a virus, so may be Crinum Mosaic Potyvirus combined with the wet weather?
