Is there time to sow new pumpkin seed?
Hi all! Glad to see this forum is back up and running, I've sorely missed it.
So that awful hail we had 2 weeks ago has ruined my really big, beautiful and established 'small sugar' pumpkin plant
I was hoping it'd bounce back. So as per title is it too late to sow another seed indoors of the same variety?

I think Monty even mentioned doing exactly that on this weeks show.
Indoors it is too late, there is nothing to gain, because indoor plantings are to avoid late frosts which are no longer a problem, they will grow much more quickly in-situ outside.
If we get a long hot summer and decent start to Autumn, still time to grow some Pumpkins for Halloween.
