I agree with Dove, a double Hemerocallis. They like it boggy, in America the wild species are known as Ditchweed, although they are also very drought-tolerant.
Freesia flowers grow on an arching wiry stem with many flower buds maybe up to 10 . The bottom flowers open first working up the stem to the tip.... until there is a spray of flower. Sorry Obelixx just not seeing that with this plant.
I did wonder about that @Silver Surfer as they do like a damp soil but all mine are far taller, both flower stems and foliage. The easy way to tell would be to dig it up carefully in autumn or spring and check the roots. Fressia are definitely bulbs whereas hemerocallis have thick fleshy roots with some thicker bulbous bits and they do flower better if divided every 3 years or so.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Still looks like a freesia tho.

My money is on Hemerocallis.
Test..each flower will die after 24 hours.
Fressia do not do that the flowers last several days.
