Identify a plant

Hi all, new member
On tonight's episode(19/06) near the end of the show, Monty walked past a plant in his garden which I have tons of but have never been able to identify.
It has foilage similar to parsley and lots of small drooping yellow flowers. It flowers from May right through to September and spreads like wildfire.
I got 3 small plants from my mums garden about 3 years ago and now I have so much I have to pull it up to thin it out.
Hoping someone can tell me the name of it, I'm told it's a weed. My wife hates it but I love it.

I think @Borderline is right although I wouldnt say its a weed. There is also this one, which is a terribly invasive weed with similar leaves. Hope it's not this. Does it stain your hands if you cut it? Can't imagine Monty giving it room in the garden.
