Browning Conifer problem
I fount out that one conifer starting to have brown patches and looks very sick. The other conifer is healthy.
Both get the same sun light and water.
Is there anything I can do in order to save the conifer?

I would appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks,
Dan

You will then need to improve the soil before planting anything new as conifers strip nutrients and water form soil. In fact, your soil seems very dry and doesn't look like it has a lot of life so I would suggest giving the entire border a good mulch of some soil improver - well-rotted garden compost, manure, cheap MPC compost with added fertiliser form pelleted chicken manure..........
Do this after you've had some serious rainfall or you'll lock in dryness.
I'd suggest planting something a bit more in proportion to that narrow border and that can spread either along the fence - climber such as clematis or rambling rose - or else a small tree such as a sorbus whose trunk will be narrow but whose crown will grow above fence height and provide a long season of interest - spring foliage and blossom then berries for the birds and good autumn foliage colour.

I was afraid that there is no way to save it, but hoping maybe it will revive itself with some help...
This conifer and another one were planted in the front garden by the previous owner years ago.
I will improve the soil in this narrow border and add a sorbus which seems to be a nice addition.
As I found that there are a different types of sorbus- what would be the recommended colorful one?
Thank you again.

Dan
