My olive trees are loosing shape and branches are drooping

The pictures below show the trees this morning with the branches drooping down and the shape has gone from 2 of them. It has been dry and windy in the last couple of weeks but they have been watered regularly is this normal or do I have a problem. Pictures added below

When were these plants put in? If they have been in the ground for more than 3 years, I will say, most likely wind and possibly rain damage, so will improve once it heats up. If they are less than 2-3 years in the ground, it may be a combination of weather (fluctuations in temperatures) and lack of water.

There is quite a lot of weak thin growth on them too, you can shorten them back a bit now but give a good pruning next spring.
