Hi all iv just read Smoking Donkys closing of their allotments and i know i have just commented on it already but has anyone any Knowledge of local councils providing or not providing allotments, as there seems to be shortage of them now i find Alan

Hi Alan. The is a shortage where I live in Cheltenham, the council are desperately trying to find land that locals can agree on (one near me didnt happen due to opposition from the residents near by) I am on the waiting list and it could be up to 5 years before I get one nearby.
