Identification please?

This has started growing under a Viburnum tinus and I wonder if it's worth trying to transplant? Thank you for your time.

    Could be difficult to know at the moment. I think they could be some type of Dogwood or Weigela shrub. See what others think. I would dig up and pot it into a large pot, but you could move it to another spot to allow it space to grow.
