ID please

I found some matt black seeds in my shed from last year - stupidly didn’t write on the container! 🙄
I planted them in a shallow pot and they all came up (loads!) quite quickly.
I have now transplanted them into 10 individual pots (will probably give some away.)
Any idea what they are please? 🤔

    I wouldn’t have saved seeds from Forget-Me-Nots as they’re quite invasive and I’ve never grown them (intentionally!)
    I did wonder about Sweet Williams but the ones I have flowering seem to have narrower leaves, unless there are different varieties? 🤔

    I think they look like Calendula too.

    Not sure about the seeds. They weren’t curved but matt black, a bit bigger than very coarse black pepper.
