Hypericum hidcote x 3 different growth

I planted 3 hypericums in a south facing border in 2017.
One has done as you would expect and grown to its correct size. The other 2 have not.
Have i planted 2 smaller varieties perhaps, or have these just not grown very well for what ever reason.
