Plant ID Please :)

Hello,
About 3 years ago a strange fast growing plant popped up in my garden. I thought it was a weed and have chopped it down every year. I've never seen any flowers on it. Someone once told me that it could be wisteria, but I highly doubt it as it grows so fast. It's deciduous and grows at a rapid speed, both upwards and outwards. Can anyone please identify it? Is it a weed?
Many thanks,
Sylvie It grows next to this shrub (what I think is Spirea Japonica shrub) and dwarfs it within a few weeks.

It's an Ash Tree, I'd remove it ASP

An ash tree, oh goodness. Not sure how it's managed to appear here. Do you recommend removing it because it would grow too large?

I already have a greengage tree next to it and a variegated maple tree (which was left to turn fully green by previous owners.)

Unless you have room for a very large tree, I'd remove it now, whilst it relatively easy to do so.
They seed everywhere so the seed may have blown in or dropped by a bird.
