Poor quality plant pots-not fit for purpose.

I bought some 7.5 Lt pots online and they seem extremely flimsy at the base. The plastic of the base cannot be thicker than 0.5mm. 2 of them already have splits in them, and I have not used them yet. The pots I have been sent have 16 holes! That will make the pot even weaker.
Below is a photo of the pot on the site with only 8 holes.
You cannot show the customer one thing, then after payment send them something inferior. Needless to say they are going back for a full refund, not an exchange.
