Plant identification 2.0

hey again guys, I'm still trying to work out what this plant is. It doesn't seem to be flowering and looks more shrub like. The leaves feel pretty rough. I planted a variety of wildflowers in my garden so I'm concerned about pulling it incase it was something I intentionally put there. Any ideas?

There was a thread a couple of days ago with a very similar plant that was identified as solidago (Golden Rod).
    But see what others think.

  • Looks like the same plant I found in my garden hiding underneath some lavender and iris’ and turns out to be bluebells!
