Help with new Chilli plants

I recently have sown some Jalapeño seeds which have now germinated but the baby plants looks weedy and leaves are quite crispy. The soil is damp and they have been in a bay window with plenty of warmth and light. The only thing is I have found a few green flies on them. But I’m not sure what is wrong with them please help!

Are those the pots that you sowed them in ? It may be time to transplant them into individual pots (not too big). The greenfly have probably arrived because the seedlings are slightly stressed.
Hopefully a chilli expert on here can give you some further advice
