Jasmine - hopefully not bad news?

Recently potted up this jasmine and it seems to be growing quite well. Have just however noticed these brown patches on the leaves; any idea what/why and if I’d concern, what to do? Thanks.

It's possibly caused by fungi, and maybe due to too much humidity, but l am not sure. Sorry.😕
