Identification of plant please!

Hi, this plant has come up in my garden but not sure what it could be or whether it’s just a weed! Any ideas?

If it was bluebells you would have seen the flowers earlier this year.

So how about young kniphofia leaves?

Difficult to tell without knowing the size, could be blind Bluebells if they’re small leaves, could be something bigger.

Well, it's not a weed, Who knows what you've got.  Agapanthus, Iris, bluebells, allium. See what you get next year 😁

Ahh thank you, you’re right they are bluebells! They didn’t flower this year as they were suffocated by some lavender and iris’ so I’ve sorted it out so that they have some space to grow. Hopefully they flower next year!
