Name this plant

Good morning,
Could anyone name this plant - my neighbour has it and I love the size and colour of the leaf in contrast to the dark stems.

It's a bit difficult to see the type of leaf surface due to the shade, but the way it is growing, could be a Pittosporum shrub. Maybe Pittosporum Tenuifolium 'Silver Sheen'.
