Bay tree doesn’t flower

Should my bay tree be flowering? I’ve had it 3 years I’ve seen others flowering?

the flowers, when they appear, are pretty insignificant. If you've been pruning it, it won't flower.
Is there a particular reason you want it to flower?
    In London. Keen but lazy.

They are lovely when they flower and the bees loved it.  Mine’s gone now, flowered last month.  This taken 22nd April
Give it time, it will flower eventually.

Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.

I'd have thought so after 3 years.

I got my two (potted) in Autumn 2017 and they flowered in Spring 2019.
