Front door planters 
do you put anything at side of your door 
I used to but since we moved I’ve not replaced it but now is the time I think
whats your favourite

    At the moment I have Salvia Amistad and rose Minerva (in separate big pots) with some smaller salvias and a purple osteospermum in front.
    Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained

    I have a wide strip of ugly concrete along the front of the house so I keep lots of pots on there.

    @amberspy it's done on a wire frame with one box plant planted in each leg. I bought the slow growing variety of box hence the time it took to fill out, its still bare in places. I did have 2 but the box died and no idea where the frame went probably lost in one of our moves Otherwise I would have had one each side. 😊

    We put a clematis piilu underplanted with heuchera on one side of our doorstep
    Then the other side, up to this week looked like this:
    but now has had a summer change around
    and I've just noticed in the pic that one of the black petunias has gone over - how sloppy of me!
