What Spinach is this please ???

Hi everyone , very new to growing own fruit and veg ,any help would be great.
i was sold this as spinach I do believe it is but would love a name and any tips on either growing ,pruning Or even cooking , it has me and a few others baffled , much appreciated

Pretty sure that is spinach, but it has gone to seed (flowering) spinach doesn't last long before it tries to flower, if it's not to bitter you can still eat the leaves off of that one, but all it will do now is finish flowering, set seeds and then die.
