They don't look like anything sinister to me. I suspect they are a reaction to the atmospheric conditions. Some semi evergreen leaves can turn bronze-like in stressed conditions. Normally, in extreme cold weather, normally seen in winter and in spring.
Also, sometimes, leaves can turn like that if there is over-feeding going on. If it is a fungal issue, I think at later stage, you may see yellowing of leaves.
